Went back to vivo to work durin de weekend, i thk happiness n satisfaction r de key factor to keep mi goin for this job coz de welfare of de staff r veri good n de feedback frm de cust when they put 'EXCELLENT' n 'VERI GOOD' on mi giv mi a sense of satisfaction for this job =) Also to train my speaking skill lah...

C lot of promoter at vivo like nokia, sony ericksson, LG, motor, samsung, O2, etc... OUB dun hav tat much promoter onli like sony ericksson n O2,
Met some weird cust, 1st cust buy a htc tytn 2 for $1088, dunno how long will i gt to earn this amount, nxt, 1 cust actually trade in her N95 normal hp jst for a 8GB N95 hp, is there a need to change hp n paid additional $300 plus jst for de 8GB hp? tat wat my senior said oso... nxt, 1 old man buy '4' N5610 new hp n sign for a high end plan, owe some outstandin bill, my senior told mi tat for sure u knw, de person hu r using the hp won't pay de bill n de old man may hav to settle de debt his own, i pity him... last cust of de day, spend 1 hr 30 min to serve, through of askin my colleague to serve her coz i sore throat gt no voice liao, but in de end, jst tahan all de way lah, she saw 1 N5610 - red hp than kpt on sayin she wan but we say we dunno whether de red 1 wll come in a not, than she say she is willing to wait, wan to recontract her no, than change her mind, new line, change n change again, in de end gt 2 new line, rrreally cnn't mak up her mind, serve her until 10pm, than she tak 2 pic of mi, say i look like 1 of her 2 yr old student, i was like ..... ask her to write feedback form, all excellent n veri good, than she told de cashier tat starhub hav a good n patient salesman, hahas =)

Reached home at 12am than zzz, nxt dae wake up oso no voice lah, but temp staff later tak MC dunno wat thing will happen, so jst go n work lah, sun cust r at least beta but they ask a lot of qns, than de manager say 'cust ask mi 1 qns ask them pay 50 cents' , hahas, when reach de last few cust i serve for the day, i hav completely no voice lah, than hav to say sorri to them, sayin no voice liao, last cust of the day, same as sat, ask lot of qns, this 1 more worse, ask a lot of qns tat i dun noe, find my colleague to help mi n even de O2 promoter offered to help, rrreally appreciate tat! in de end he bought a O2 atom life lah, not sure whether tis promoter will gt a commission lah... heard tat LG promoter gt $5 commission in addition to her pay for each LG hp sold...

Same, reached home at 12am, sad to c 1 of my manager transferrin to tampines nxt wk...

Went for 9am macroecon lesson, quite borin lah, de tutor tak his own sweet time to talk abt the requirement for macro, went home aft havin lunch aft the guys agreed to go for tml OB lecture, than go sleep coz too tired liao =( sad meh, tml lesson end at 7pm...

Back to sku, dun feel like goin back to sku lah, but do i hav a choice?

1st dae of lecture, came in 10 mins late for de lecture, de lecture hall was full of ppl sia, go tak timesheet aft this coz not enough lah, count here count there, dun seem to earn enough $$, i miss workin at oub lah n de drink frm the golden shoe hawker centre at market street where de old couple r sellin drinks, their drink r veri special as compare to those sellin outside, durin peak period sure gt a lot of businessmen n businesswomen queuein out for drink de, so proud of them =)

Timetable r so suck meh! especally de mon 9-11am n de fri 2-4pm, why like tat? Somemore is tutorial =( last sem is beta lah, takin psychology for cds, hope tat it is a easi subject, de good thing is i gt to studi the behaviour of human being... de project of this is to film a commercial, sian, 40% of the component for psycho came frm this project, exam onli 30% =(

Today was so sway meh, dun wish to talk abt it, jst knw tat it is a disappointin day for mi :-(

Spend 1 mth in starhub workin, n work for total of 23 days, break my previous longest workin day of 18! Although gt to met some troublesome customers n feelin tired aft work, actually it's quite a fun n interestin job coz i gt to met different kind of ppl b it dirctor, manager, staff, teenager, or even jst uncle n aunt...

Hav a great time workin at starhub, met lot of friendly staff frm oub, miss workin there lah, ask alan whether still hav space for mi, he say no more alrdy than ask mi go vivo work, vivo oso good lah, tat's my dream workin place =)

I would like to thks all my colleague there:
alan, irene, randy, belle, serene, geraldine, angelyn, corrine, khat, lin lee, james, rodel, syed, sheng xiang, frankie, nantha, simon, cheng yong, jossie n celine n the 3 STEVEN L (lim, loke n leow) =) they helped mi a lot durin my time there! hope to c them again soon!

Heard tat my manager irene is transferrin to the tampines starhub frm 1 nov which hav jst moved to a bigger shop, wish her all de best ya!

Almost every customer tat i met durin my last few dae of my work at oub do de feedback form on mi (coz i ask them to do de) most of them put, overall service experience, time taken to attend to them, knowledge of the feature of the hp by de staff as well as friendliness n courtesy of the staff as veri good, feel veri happi by their comment lah, it's like a sense of achievement but oso gt some put good or average onli, de best part is tat some customer even put excellent for all these 4 things =)

Some of the point tat i learn frm these wonderful colleague r call them their name 1st, or excuse mi b4 askin them qns, ask qns whenever u dunno, dun mak silly mistake, be more confident when speaking to customers, but there r complement too, my colleague say tat i learn thing veri fast, able to handle the customers well n kpt on servin customer until de end w/o givin up even when there is difficulty...

Yup, 4get to say abt this angmon coz hav been workin till veri late recently, serve him around shop closin time, 7.30pm, tak so long to serve him, his wife n a xtra guy who came to buy two hp, ask so mani qns, number plottin, mobile tv xtra say wan watch football in hp, wan this wan tat, tak a dopod c730, than aft i processin his detail alrdy n processin his wife detail, he ask again abt the number plottin thing, than when hear tat no full number plottin (i remember i told him earlier), he dun wan liao, wasted 45 mins on him, his wife n tat xtra lah lah, somemore hav to ask manager to cancel de contract tat i hav submitted, unlucky!

He n de xtra came back the followin dae, lucky i m servin another customer or else i will face the risk facin him, hahas, my colleague serve him n tat xtra later tat dae n he jst bought a dopod c730 hp at de retail price...

2dae last cust was a pair of ang mon n 1 xtra, mak mi so so so dam angry =( wif them, fill u all out wif wat happen 2dae tml...

Finally gt my pays frm starhub, yea meh!

Mak quite a number of mistak ytd, sad sia, ask de manager whether still can work on weekend durin sku dae, he say no more space liao than ask mi go do admin at tm, frm 2pm to ard 12am, thk beta dun do lah, the admin gal say tm de crowd sure much more than oub de, than sat i wanna watch epl, sun if work until 12am, mon sure no mood to go sku de, although i hate my current class,

Ytd situation was like lot of cust but de staff r shorthanded, than hav to rush servin cust, goin for toilet break oso gt prob, de manager was like kpt tellin mi to faster press de nxt queue, 1 of the cust even say, 'i m disappointed with starhub services' than i jst hav to kpt sayin sorri to her, 1 more cust tak his own sweet time to chose a hp, than in de end, no more stock liao, he was like not happi but no choice lah, if he mak out his mind faster, mayb he will still gt the hp,

Share wif u some more cust tat mak mi unhappi, 1 cust actually owe starhub a outstandin bill of $601.65 for '5 YEARS', than wan to buy 4 O2 atom life - white, even de manager suspect tat they might not pay for de bill coz they chose PV 700 as their plan n he ask for 2 contact no, in de end they onli giv 1, than aft i process finish, they say they wan maxmobile unlimited, $72.76/mth for all 4 pda, de bill will b like 4X $82.93 + $72.76/mth, in de end, gt to enjoy addition $100 off for de hp, pays $198 for each pda which cost $498 for PV 100 plan,

1 uncle kpt on sayin wan to change the package frm old hp no to new hp no than i told him to do it at CSC, in de end he buy a hp, mak mi accidentally go giv him additional $100 dis since he applyin for maxmobile unlimited plan, but lucky de manager saw it or lese sure mati de, last cust of the day, buy a motorola V3xx i-mode hp, din expect tat it dun come wif a earpiece, lucky de cust din gt angry abt it, other hp hav de, i c the marketin list gt memory card de, somemore no memory card, lucky they din mention it so i jst kpt quiet lah, or else sure die de...

Work until ard 10pm, yup, 20 oct will b my last dae, hope everythin will go smoothly lah although i dun feel like goin back tp, i hate sku lah!

2dae was a unlucky dae for mi lah, veri tirin aft ytd work than so overslept, in de end hav to tak taxi to work, 2 hrs of pays gone, somemore the manager chase mi away earlier coz there is not much cust bcoz most of the hp price shot up, 1 more hr plus OT pays is gone, share u wif some interestin cust 2dae...

A guy hu i spoke wif wif another gal, yu siew, bought a n73 me hp even though he hav a n73 hp, coz of the 2gb memory card as compare to k810i - 128mb n n6500 - 256mb onli, another cust actually tradin in a k800i hp n buyin a k810i hp, the cpe ppl r laughin sia, somemore, aft i show him de new hp, he tak out another k810i hp he hav to show mi, sony ericksson fan sia! last cust tat i serve todae actually throught tat nokia e65 is $88 but din expect the price to shot up untim $268, in de end she settle for a motorola v6 hp, than i remember it is de 1st hp i sell in vivo, somemore got a beckham soccer ball sia when she buy, how i hope the cust say she dun wan than i can brin the ball home, but in de end she say giv her son, so sad... my senior steven leow went for reservice, so sad... than hav to depend on other senior to assist mi if i need help...

Slpt frm 1am to 1pm coz was too sleepy liao,

Ytd was dam sway for mi, got a bit of sore throat n the last cust i serve b4 lunch was a aunt, as i predicted, i will sit there for 1 hr, rrreally, it's happeneed! she n her daughter initially wan a N95 de, but no stock, than wan to c so mani hp, than say wan this say wan tat, than wan to c her daughter bill, than her daughter say how can like tat, we r here to buy hp... in de end, they jst tak k810i n tak a long time lookin at it...

Aft lunch, i serve a china guy, everythin is okay expect tat he tak a long time to look at his new hp function until i told him tat there r still lot of cust to serve, he still say wait a while more, cannot tahan lah, but wat i learn frm my senior n my past job is tat cust is always right!

Nxt is a businessman, buy a nokia e65, initially he wan to go for a normal plan than aft i print out de form, he say wan to change to corporate plan, at the same time, a guy bside him kpt on sayin starhub bad thing, than why he still queue to buy hp? mak a stupid mistake, i admit it's my fault lah, go submit the form whereby i shld do it manually since the scanner is spoilt, luckily the manager say it's okay, she jst called to cancel the approval code...

The onli consolation of the day is tat i gt to serve a 25 yr old chio bu buyin a n6300 hp, rrreally chio tat i dun even dare to face her... n to serve cust w/o ani senior help...

Hope tat sat will b better =)

-Feeling exhausted-

Finally gt my duty roster last sun, sadly, my bro jun yang frm tp din manage to gt another duty roster n the reason given by starhub was we dun need so mani ppl aft the frenz n family promo, than i was left all alone in starhub at oub centre aft veronica was transfer to vivo, but at least the oub staff is beta as compare to vivo hu r more stricter...

Ytd met shao hong n kim ann outside cpf buildin n submit our timesheet, finally goin to c $$ comin in to my bank a/c most probably by nxt mon, yea, my bro shao hong hu is now workin at CSC at plaza sin kpt complanin tat 90% of the customer r frm Bangladesh or Philippines de while kim ann is doin fine in plaza sin...

Nearly gt into trouble coz the cust i sellin the O2 atom lite white was complainin there is no sim card inside, lucky they trace the video n found out tat the indian gal who r helpin mi tat time actually put the sim card in...

Was dam sleepy n feel like vomitin while goin to work mayb it's too tirin liao but feel beta aft tat, customer 2dae was okok, expect for 1 hu r buyin a pda hp lucky gt senior there to help mi coz he was askin a lot of qns, than right in de end, a japanese come in n his english was like, dun wan to say lah, kpt on sayin the word bill n sep 14, i throught he hav a outstandin bill, than he giv mi a wrong hp no, lucky he giv his id, check liao than found out he was tryin to say, why he haven gt his bill, need 1 mth later than can gt de bill lah n he still not yet 1 mth...

Hope tat God bless mi by givin mi all those easi cust to serve, hahas =)
