CHRISTMAS EVE!

Went to school late for my project because I overslept liao, sian, do ob and marketing project for a while than go cyber centre see whether pang hock manage to borrow the firewall cable for me, but but, he say he lend it to his friend and they have not return him the cable yet, sian but he say he latest will lend me by Friday, is it a bit late??? because I need to burn into the disc and pass it to marcus for editing,

Have instant noodle for lunch and went for bowling with zheng yi and chan leng, hahas, $5 just for a game, lol, wanted to go mount faber park de, but but the bus journey will take about 2 hours! Thus decided to go to change airport, go T1, T2 and T3 to shop, take about 1 hr to find the one and only food court wihch serve nice nice and cheap cheap de food, lol, have mee rebus, satay, coffee and 2 hard boiled egg because got addicted to eat this by my manager benny! after that slack there for a while and take many photo, lol, went home after that and when I go take away food from west plaza, the tea increase from 80 to 90 cents and the duck noodle increase from $3 to $3.30, how I hope my working pay will increase too =/

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Don’t have a great Christmas this year because of working!

Went to work during the holi, this Daniel tang, after I serve finish the cust than 4get to put the N82 back, he go give it to santosh than I got scold by him for accidentally putting the handphone without people attending to it. Make me go all the way looking for the handphone, ask all the colleague all say don’t have, wow, than this Daniel tang say he saw santosh take, than I ask santosh he say he don’t have, than I go check again, also don’t have, than other people also say santosh take, than I go apologise to santosh again, than finally he say it’s in the manager room, but luckily is not the customer who actually take it or else I have to pay $998 for the hp at retail price!

No mood to work all day, so sian, somemore it’s full shift, lucky I saw Samuel who come down and look for me, at 9.30pm that time only left 2 customer, so I happily let other colleague of mine serve lah… pack up and leave at 10.15pm because they say double pay only for the 1st 8.5hrs…

Take train home than was sleeping than while preparing to take my bag as I arrive to my station, than I heard it’s hougang, tamade, overtake the train, I should have stop at kovan instead of hougang, than sadly waited for the other direction train for 7 mins! to bring me back to kovan =/


26/12 Wed

Sleep until 11am than went to amk hub with yanling to exchange Christmas present, her friend, Les and her friend the friend, Kun Tat, have drinks at coffee bean and than shop shop for a while because we all decided not to watch movie in the end, finally play at the arcade I think like the 1st time in 6 months, hahas, we 4 challenge racing than I end out 1st overtaking yan ling by 1 lap, lol! Went back eat mos burger again than wanted to treat yan ling and her friend milk tea the but they don’t want than I didn’t take their $$, but they veri CLEVER sia, put the $$ into the paper bag when I go into the toilet…

Go separate way as yan ling and Les are going yishun, Kun Tat goin home than I go find my friend, take train to harbourfront the, but hor I again do something which I suppose not to do, suppose to take train to habourfront the but then I wait for the train for 5 mins, board the train than only after I about to reach farrer park than I realize I taking the wrong side of the train! Tamade, so rush back take another side of the train, reach harbourfront than saw 1 purple tie than I bought it because I wanted a purple tie for very long liao than can’t find a suitable 1, so must wear it for one of my presentation probably phycho next month ba because is presenting on the lecture hall! 1st time at the lecture hall but scare didn’t perform well well…

Met zheng yi, Alvin, hong hui, kong shen, wen bin and jon at seah im than went to vivo to shop and slack slack around, than jon dunno how come suddenly go missing, Alvin n wen bin than go take his bag away than call jon to come find us, hahas, jon come liao rrreally believe we didn’t take his bag than want go back look for it, hahas… Went home after this, it’s a fun day for me =)

27/12 Thu

Sleep at home until 4pm but got wake up and eat in between, than this phycho project are making me veri frustrated, call school to see whether they find the firewall cable but then they say haven found it, than I can’t wait anymore already so I go buy the cable, reach school already than …. Use the video camera connect to my laptop than after a while, the connection got lost because the video camera no battery liao than I feel like crying, but lucky Dickson was there too than he suggest maybe go photoshop ask go see whether they can help transfer the video tape to cd, than I go around asking than 1 of the photoshop uncle told me that there is 1 computer store opposite his shop can convert to cd, than I go ask he say $6 than he say will do it by tml than I was like thinking whether he will make any mistake a not, so I go other shop ask and they will do it for me for 30 bucks but will take much longer, and white sand and west plaza ask but they say they are unable to do it for me, than go home discuss with my sister, she say take a risk lah than I take taxi down because the shop going to close soon to ask the uncle do it for me…

But lucky he call me again at night than I say I want to burn onto the format that enable us to do editing and he say it’s possible…

28/12 Fri

Cannot sleep well though because of all this project thing, get a call by the uncle sayin that it’s done, so I go down take the cd, he’s so good sia, charge me onli $6 as I initially tell him that the video was only 2, 3 mins than he say altogether was 6 mins! Bring to my cousin house buring another copy of the disc than pass 1 copy to marcus to edit, told my cousin that marcus friend will edit than he say want edit for me also, so we spend abt 6 hours doing through all this editing and he even chose not to watch the 9pm show just to edit the video for me, after 6 hrs of hardwork and tada it’s done, the video clip after all the cutting, the video was 1 min 22 second he prolong it to 2 mins by adding all those words! than he is very confident that his video will be chosen because both of us feel that it is wonderfully done! Thanks Tian Wen will treat u some other day the =)!

29/12 Sat

That was the only day that I spend at home during this holiday!!! Sleep until veri late than do my marco project at home, was doing my project at home the whole day than watch mob tv in between than as it was raining and my mum forget to bring umbrella, I go to west plaza with umbrella to fetch her, but as I was about to leave the food court, I fell down as the floor was dam slippery, dam paiseh sia, all because of the 2 china people in front of mi who walk so SLOW!

20/12 Thu

Went to work yesterday because of “DOUBLE PAY!” =), meet some troublesome customer,

1st one, buy blue colour k850i, say the camera picture very dark, than want to change, than I say all the hp camera effect will be the same, they don’t believe and want to change, let them see the demo handphone than they still wan to change, let them change than in the end, they still not happy with it than say want to change to different model but in the end didn’t, than after 5 mins, they came back again say their friend say that the green colour k850i will be better, lame excuse lah, I say all will be the same, than they say “I WANT TO SEE THE MANAGER”, than in the end, my manager make an exception let them see the unbreak seal hp, in the end see liao, effect still the same, that what I say lah, than they take best the blue one, lame excuse they have sia! My manager just say this kind if stupid customer faster chase them away!

2nd one, was a vietnam temasek poly student, sign up for a new line, than throught w910i was $98 because they didn’t see the word “with $200 TRADE IN”, same for some of the customer! In the end take LG KU970, than give them the free Bluetooth headset already, than tell them that the handphone don’t support memory card because the advertisement error put got 1Gb free memory card!, they keep insisting that they want the memory card!, in the end, they finally cool down!

3rd one, finally find a place to seat down than serve the customer, how I expect he talk about the mobile tv extra, in the end after a permanent staff took all the trouble of finding whether N82 do support mobile tv xtra, there is lah

4th one, about the sim card thing and my last customer of the day, keep on tell her tand her friend that the 3G sim card in the 2G hp can only store up to 250 contact and in the 3G hp is 500!, they like don’t understand what I say, repeated more than FIVE times liao, in the end help her to transfer the contact but the 3G sim card memory is full, than just tell her that I already try my best to help her and told her to go home and tally to see whether all her contact is inside or else she have to manually key in, she agreed!

Yup, that’s all the troublesome customer of the day!

21/12 Fri

Finally can sleep until 12pm le! At least for 3 weeks didn’t sleep until so late le, do some cleaning at home before going out with zheng yi, chan leng and kong shen to watch warlords, the movie was like one word, BORING, lol! Because I see until I don’t know what the movie was about, same for chan leng too, lol! Went to makan with chan leng and zheng yi but than walk walk around to see what to eat, all crowded with people, enter a restaurant, than want to order food the, the person say wait, 5 mins later also didn’t come, angry lah, so just walk out of the restaurant than one of the staff was like hinting to another staff that we leave without paying, siao lah, we didn’t even order the food because of your poor customer service! In the end just settle our dinner at food court and saw one of my ‘troublesome’customer who last time spend 40 mins looking at the number list than walk away because he think that all the numbers are not nice!

Went shop for present because I haven buy veron de gift than ask chan leng choose for her lah, he at 1st choose big big the bear bear than I scare my manager and the permanent staff will gossip when I give her the gift on Sunday because she wanted it!, so he choose another one for her instead, lol!

Shop for wrapper before going home lah, sian tml have to work lah, “FULL shift”, ahhh which mean from 10.30am to 11.30pm or even later =/ and not a double pays day!, got to sleep early… zzz...

2dae went to visual central phototaking event for the OTC camp '07, grp wif alexiel better to b knw as jia ying n went ard takin pic, hahas, was quite fun lah playin wif the camera takin pic, all those participants as expected r all enthu n familar face like joyce, lynette, lou-lin, jo-an, liyi, wei da n this MAY! aft tat went for lunch b4 takin pic ard at business n Informatic n IT sch again, aft tat they have the final clash n mass dance, hahas,

as for the proj, pang hock cnn't find the firewall cable to transfer the video to the laptop, but he say his hse got 1 firewall wore n he will brin it on mon, hope tat everything is fine lah! hav to bring my laptop to sku on mon oso n hav to do ob n marketin proj tat day... hope i can score dam well for all this proj! =)

15/12 SAT
Went for the BSC sub-comm briefin, knw wat was goin happen in the 1st section, ice breaking game, boring sia… suppose to come at 9.30am de but I purposely come at 11am… when I come in they r briefin abt the cheer lah, same grp wif Samuel again! aft tat it’s a maze game where we go ard business grp finding important clue needed to finish the game, aft tat each grp hav to form a cheer abt the businees grp, my grp form a cheer for each of the 12 course n acted a bit, lol!

Hav lunch aft tat, it’s not bad lah, after this went for the briefing abt the camp, brief abt wat is goin on during the open hse ’08, aft tat learn tp song hand signal, than went for mass dance, din go coz Samuel dun wan to go, went home after tat, than something tat mak mi feel disappointed of myself happen… whatever…

16/12 SUN
Went to work, de cust r okay lah, tak my time serving them, hav lunch wif my manager, santosh n si hao who is leaving starhub nxt wk as he wan to upgrade himself =) sad to c him go, but still, I wish him well for his future! Cust was okay okay lah, but jst b4 n aft dinner I bcome runner coz there r no more counter available as all the 16 counter r taken, than help de staff take hp, lol! Durin dinner, benny say tat when veronica order chicken cutlet, the uncle cut nice nice for her than somemore giv her 10% discount, than this benny say unfair n say tat the uncle like veron, lol! Cust was not as much as I expected thus Daniel say since there r onli a few cust left, we go do hsekeepin n faster leave, hahas…

17/12 MON
Went for filmin in the morning at farrer park field wif wangjia n chanleng, quite fun lah although de field is muddy, play ruby for onli abt half an hr, than got pay, $24 jst for 30 mins, easi money as compare to being a starhubbber! Went hawker centre 2gether n eat wif jacy b4 goin dwn to bugis to shop for clothes, buy a hat, pant n bag, hahas, rrreally spend quite a lot lah, “MONEY ARE EASY TO SPEND BUT HARD TO EARN”, agree?? Went tampines ask for more info abt psp b4 goin to apply for drivin theory lesson, the person hu serve mi was like shit lah, lazy bum, like dun wan help mi change, in de end din print out the edited form, mak mi go home got scold by my sis n mum wantin mi go back n change, unlucky ahhh =/

18/12 TUE
Went to ubi again to change the thing again, tak taxi lah coz it gonna goin to b late, spend $6.60 on taxi fare, u knw how the rate increase, $2.80 at he start than increase by $0.20 n $0.20 instead of the usual $0.10, so expensive sia, went back tp to met andy hu help to shoot the video n went to parkway parade to met the rest, went to east coast park aft tat n at 1st consider takin video other dae de, but luckily the rain stop, thus, can tak video, lol, spend only abt 1hr to get it done, than went skoppin at parkway again, they saw julian as he walk past us but I din, wasted sia, how I hope I have a cute cute face like him =) andy than call n say our video only 2mins 10secs, hope it’s enough for 2 mins after editing =)

08/12, SAT
went to starhub to work, customer todae r siao siao de, make 1 stupid mistake sia, aft I serve the cust than when he was at the cashier for payment, the cashier person realize tat the recontract hp no and the voucher hp is different than got kana or else hav to pay $200 if he manage to use the voucher, hav to apologise to the cust 1st and ask for another voucher c whether he can gt it a not, in the end din, the cust was so angry tat he say tat he wan to cancel the other service he hav wif starhub in front of mi and a perm staff, it’s hurt my reputation sia, lucky in the end, he jst din buy the hp and walk away… or else if he complain somemore I sure kana de…

Another customer giv mi a veri bad impression, 1st word wif her I alrdy knw is unpleasant cust, I m right, when she say tat how come her voucher was bill to her old address and c whether we can change it to her new address, I say hav to go to csc do coz we dun hav the system to help her do tat, she say “I want to see the manager” she think she wat lah! In the end my manager being a kind person put in additional effort to help her… she’s de WORST customer I hav ever seen,

The rest of the cust r still okay, lucky not rrreally tat much cust as compare to last wk, so can go home earlier =)

Was WB birthdae, overslept and went to his home late, sorri wen bin! Finally c zheng yi aft 2 mths, hav fun in wb home and went to white sand n hav lunch, went home aft tat coz need to go temple pai pai… went northpoint shop aft this n june say she saw mi, but I din saw her, hahas… home aft this to studi =)

10/12 MON
Hav macro test, 1st paper, wake up a bit late and when I m leaving my home, it’s raining veri heavily, wan to tak taxi to sku de, but no taxi! Than tak bus to bedok hoping to catch another bus to tp, in the end, no bus, saw 1 classmate than finally c taxi, so tak taxi 2gether to sku, outside classroom than realize something “I forget to bring calculator” =/ …..

Exam was okay lah, jst tat I 4get the ans for 1 qns n the time spend on mental calculation, sad sia…

Went white sand to buy food aft this, saw wangjia, my sec sku frenz, he’s still the same as old wangjia, hahas… went home studi aft this =/

Hav OB exam, sian sia, theory based subj, hav to read a lot, but during the exam, I forget some of the important information, think mayb studi too much alrdy =/

12/12 WED
Hav business stat exam, was quite easi lah, although some ppl think tat it’s quite difficult, it’s one of the onli 2 paper tat I can score well bside accounting.

Hav business accounting paper, was quite easi lah coz I think I manage to get all the ans correct =)

14/12 FRI
last paper of the dae is the worst paper, no mood to studi coz exam was coming to an end, one qns come out, wat r the 4 consumer product, I was like onli can remember 2, unsought n specialty, de other 2 I COMPLETELY forgotten, sad sia =/ wasted lot of mark, I remember studin it the day b4 than how come I 4get, 4get n 4get!!! =( also, I everytime come in for the exam durin the 10 mins reading time coz of the sbs – si bei slow bus lah…

That all abt it, I will try to update my blog everydae for the nxt 2 wks, hehexxx…

1st day of december, went vivo work n saw mike hu help mi buy a cup of coffee as i was feelin sleepy even at the morning... got new shirt for starhub, at least look nicer n feel comfortable as compare to the barclay shirt which mean i can wear it to sku too, lol, than santosh look at mi like giv mi a weird weird feelin, finally i knw wat happen, he change my time schedule to sat mid, sun full, sian coz i last sat chat wif him he say sat full, sun mid, but nvm mind lah, he actually let mi work sat full, sun mid n change to timetable for lunch break all bcoz of mi, lol...

Customer was dam lot sia, wan to go break wif veron de but alan go ask mi go break 1st, aft tat met 1 cust hu aft i submit the contract say he wan to chane plan, somemore he say i wan corporate plan, sian, but i thk of an idea whi is to ask them go csc instead to tag on to the corp dis, de csc than call my manager for enquiry, lucky he say it's ok, hahas, so lucky..., than 1 more cust, drop a voucher at starhub than wan another voucher, in de end onli $50, aft speakin to the manager he say okok, he's even worse than a aunt kpt on askin qns, it's like he dun knw how to use hp,

the rest of the cust r ok lah, the queue waitin kpt on incresin to even 40 ard 6 plus, n until aft the shop close is still 30+, sian hav to serve so mani cust even aft the shop close, the cust r all dam patient sia, 11pm oso can wait, cnn't stand them! serve until 11.30pm, than do hsekeepin n faster went home 2gether wif veron, lucky we manage to catch the last train, last train home, hahas or else hav to tak taxi wif double charge, hehexxx... reached home at 1am =/

Sun 2/12

Lucky no perm staff say i gt mak mistak sia, heng meh! heard tat some of the perm staff n the manager went home at 3am in the morning coz the transaction cnn't tally, pity them sia, hahas, was dam sleepy when i came to work, 1 of the cust even drop her wallet n i hav to call her back n retrieve it, n 1 i even ask her to go csc to change address n aft changin came back n say they rushin for time, i ask all my colleague n they r all busily servin other cust, but lucky in de end, my cust tat time let mi serve them 1st or else i will b in deep trouble lah, hahas,

the rest of the cust r all dam wat lah, ask lot of qns n i tak abt 45 min to serve some of them, 1 even go recontract aft jst recontract the same line a mth ago coz of the $500 voucher we send him recently, lucky wif the manager help, manage to ask him to upgrade another line n paid $298 wif the $100 he is entitled to, my manager giv him free CND n IR for 2yrs, hahas, another cust, 1 of the worst, actually tak 1 hr to chose a hp, than c all de feature of it, din thk of sony ericksson promoter or else sure ask her come de, when i go through the contract tat time, she than say she gt $100 voucher n trade in hp, "SHOULD HAVE SAY IT EARLIER" mah, sian, hav to retype the application again,

cust oso dam lot sia, worse than sat! got 1 time even 50plus in the waitin list jst for mobile onli, 20plus ppl r still waitin for mobile queue even aft the shop close at 9.30pm, serve until 11.30pm lah coz mid shift oso hav to serve until de last cust, than quickly tak my bag n rush for the train coz i scare no train liao, mi so kelian sia...

3/12, mon
Went back home at 1am slpt until 7.30am b4 goin to sku for marco tutorial, aft tat hav lunch wif my classmate frenz , went to hand in my timesheet whi i shld hav done so last wk, went home aft this n watch goal 2 part 1 than go slpt wake up than watch part 2 again, studi a bit coz my examis comin nxt wk, hope i can do 'WELL' for my exam nxt wk, tat's all abt it, goin to slpt le =)

Got 4 lecture ytd 9am all de way to 7pm - bus stat, marco, ob n phycho, sian meh, i was like sleepin most of the time durin bus stat n marco lec, dam tirin sia =/ throught of not goin for ob lec de than samuel say this wk topic veri chim than jst go lah, lucky gt jashawn accompani mi coz almost all de guy fmr my class go on mon liao, hahas, again, i was nappin again, like din manage to remember wat teacher say, went back to library to slpt again b4 meetin gavin, xm n alvin to walk to tm b4 seein jon, jia rui n hong hui at tm, phycho nxt, this sub r the onli subj i can remember frm wat i learn 2dae coz it's jst proj briefin n watchin video advertisement, dun need to remember so mani thing =)



28/11, Wed

Slpt until 9 plus b4 goin to sku for accountin n marketin lesson, dun feel like goin de as i was sleepy until so happi than de alarm clock 'ring, ring, ring', sian, as i m not sure abt de stock chapter thus hav to go tutorial lah, aft tat went for markein proj meetin b4 goin for marketin lesson, this mr siow lesson is always interestin as he will always talk abt funni funni staff! than kpt on sayin when he 1st came to tp 15 yrs ago, his hair is all black than now bcomin white liao... hahas, than went to met this yanling for phycho proj de (she say tat she waited for 4.5hrs for mi n marcus, feel so gulity meh), but marcus gt headache than mi n yanling dunno wat to do for our proj n thus i send her home, coz it's rainin than i oso 4get to brin umbrella in the end mak ourselves walk under de rain, sorri yanling!, went home aft this buyin food back to makan coz i was feelin hungry lah...



29/11, Thu

Went for bus stat lesson, dam mad of the exam sia, hav de feelin tat is a NO ans than i go put YES, 2 marks gone jst like tat, sway sia... aft tat do ob proj b4 goin to phycho lec, unexpectedly de phycho teacher is not here but there is a relief teacher, do some activity n discussed our proj on our 'hair comb', went play soccer aft this wif weiahn, chanleng, gavin n alex, manage to score 3 goal against the 'unfriendly' opposition wif 1 black shirt shortie purposin pushin chan leng down, CHILDISH lah him coz it's suppose to b a FRIENDLY match! play until 6 plus b4 goin home =) hope to play again soon coz too long din play liao n i miss de feelin of scorin goal!



30/11, Fri

Went for marketin lecture n this mr siow show us all those funni funni thing again, hahas, went for accountin lesson nxt, one word, 'BORING', was sleepin frm time to time sia, so tired, went for phycho lec nxt, mi n marcus call limin so mani time, no ans, but when yanling call, she ans, bias sia limin, lol, than yanling came out wif this nice piece of idea n all of us agreed to it, hahas, went for ob tutorial aft this, gt a qns abt kim lateness n unattentive for work, than suddenly bcome describin mi coz my name gt kim on it, this mr leong, lol, went home aft this lah so as to studi for my ob quiz in which i score 18/20 =)
