Went for the standard charted marathon volunterin pre-event frm 9am-9pm, was quite fun lah although with the pathetic pay of $20 (last yr $30) n a 20% adidas voucher, shirt wise, is dark blue, but last yr is better coz gt 3 line on de side of the shirt... my post was counter support, different frm last yr, marshall n ushers, same counter wif shuyu hu she wan mi call her sushi n she call mi kimchi, sound nice ritz? we tak turn to serve the customer n i thk she was more efficient than mi lah coz i was takin my own sweet time takin the bag for the runners, hahas... knw some other ppl frm the stocker too, overall, it's a enjoyable day, it's jst a pity tat i cannot go for the full 3 days n the main event coz hav t0 work!

Sat, 24/11
Went back to starhub to work, 1st thing i knw, sure gt scolded de, 'BINGO', when i entered the staff lounge, i enter the staff lounge, one perm staff say, u hav mak quite a number of mistake like tick the wrong plan, shld b a early update i go put early recon, than somemore 4get let cust sign the manual form, lucky johnhy manage to persuade the person i served last sat to come dwn n sign, i wan to thanks him a lot lah coz it shld b mi the one to call the cust to sign dwn n sign the contract as it's my fault in de 1st place...

when i 1st login for the queue system, my name change to other ppl name, shld b 0012 de, i remember lah, throught tat somethin goes wrong than go ask the manager, she check n find it out tat my login queue hav change to 0002, shld hav inform mi earlier but nvm mind lah, at least i m still de starhubber there =) lucky the big manager din say anithin abt my silly n stupid mistak i hav mak the previous wk, heng lah! than go c the notice board, alamak make one more silly mistak this time 4get print the cust ic for new line, but the perm staff din mention it coz i thk tat luckily the cust hav another a/c wif starhub ba...

Bought back vegetable rice frm seah im hawker centre for lunch but dunno why eat halfway dun feel like eatin liao coz mayb too tired liao than bought japanese food frm harbourfront mall for dinner, eat dam fast coz i came back onli 10mins left,

cust was dam lot sia, waitin queue was 20++ for mobile n cable than this daniel tang was sayin tat there will b much more soon.... cust wise was quite okay lah coz i slow dwn my processin speed as i knw tat i cannot afford to mak ani more silly mistak, serve the cust until ard 10.30pm lah, than reach home ard 12am, so tired =/

25/11, Sun
Went back to work as volunteer for de marathon thing, manage to tak another shirt, lucky the person giv mi XL, tat wat i wan coz i find tat L is too small, so she say wanna change? i say dun need, hahas coz it's the size i wan, this time at least gt my buddies samuel to accompani mi, hahas, we 2 was takin 1 counter, than it's veri fun coz we tak turn to update the cust info n takin the runner bag, met somemore new frenz frm the stocker they are like dam boliao, the shirt size S bcome small man, M bcome middle man, L bcome big man, XL bcome big big man, than i jst join them add de XS as Small Small man, was enjoyin lah, hope can tak part in it again nxt yr =) tak lot of pic tat dae, will b updatin on my blog soon =) reached home ard 11!

Onli go for 1 lesson for the day, marco tutorial frm 9-11am, if it's lec i sure slpt at home de, hahas, coz i was like so tirin meh! aft attendin tutorial than went home to sleep, veri efficient ritz? but still feel veri tired aft aftnoon nap lah =/

Got 4 lecture ytd 9am all de way to 7pm- bus stat, marco, ob n phycho, sian meh, i was like sleepin most of the time durin bus stat n marco lec, dam tirin sia =/ throught of not goin for ob lec de than samuel say this wk topic veri chim than jst go lah, lucky gt jashawn accompani mi coz almost all de guy fmr my class go on mon liao, hahas, again, i was nappin again, like din manage to remember wat teacher say, went back to library to slpt again b4 meetin gavin, xm n alvin to walk to tm b4 seein jon, jia rui n hong hui at tm, phycho nxt, this sub r the onli subj i can remember frm wat i learn 2dae coz it's jst proj briefin n watchin video advertisement, dun need to remember so mani thing =)

1st time in shooting, was great saw I get to c lots of tp rawkers who are in sku to Xperience wat tp life is abt, was enjoyin shootin ard business sku, gt to enter de retail store, logistic room n de most impt, the studio where onli CCM student can enter, tak quite a lot of pic though I thk my photography skill still can b improved greatly which mean I need more n more Xerience…. Shoot until ard 1pm than hav lunch wif de visual central people…than went for OB lesson at 2…

Went back to vivo to work, this was my 30th day workin as a starhubber, after waitin for so long I finally gt my ideal login last wkend, workin full shift ytd – 10.30am to 10.30pm, now they r havin a new promo, sign up for mobile, cable tv n maxonline wif at least 1 of them a new services sign up, u gt to enjoy a free hubstation, a 20 inch Samsung LCD TV monitor whi we can oso use it as a computer monitor, plus 10% off for maxonline, as I predicted, a lot of ppl sure ask abt the promo, yup, tat really happen, than 1 cust even throught tat he do a recontract than he gt all this, think gt free gift so easy meh? think he come frm de west all de way dwn to vivo, so?? than say de newspaper article say so, his English lousy lah, lucky gt a senior sales executive zi ling help mi in dealin wif this idiotic guy, jst de 1st day onli than so mani ppl ask abt this promo i was like …, open my mouth big big de, but I manage to knw some lah even though I onli do mobile… since the ideal was down, hav to use to manual form than veron told mi 2dae tat I 4get to let a cust sign the form, still gt 2 more perm staff mak this stupid mistak than gt a scoldin by my manager, wat a lame n stupid I hav made =/

Slpt at home until ard noon, than went out wif my family to visit de change airport terminal 3 open hse, was rrrreally big meh there, gt into the so-called restricted area in the future to view de scenery there, was great sia, than received a call frm my colleague than she say tat gt 1 aunt tat I serve sent an email statin tat I hav told her tat there will b additional 100mins outgoin call for recontract, where de hell did I say tat, idiot lah her, 42 years old liao! still studin in polytechnic, somemore is nursing course, shit lah her, gt 4 missed call, dunno is it frm starhub a not, hope is not! Aft this went to the food fair at expo, so crowded sia, everytime is like this de, s’porean simply love food! Hav dinner at white sand b4 goin home, a miracle happen, my mother was so happi abt it, n I shld b happi de but did I? Of course not, coz was like no mood to celebrate lah all bcoz of tat aunt! than gt this application form din ask de cust to sign, mak my manager angry, thks Julie n the colleague hu help mi to settle all this thing, but I hav to admit tat 4gettin to ask cust to sign the form is my mistake =/

Went back to vivo to work, 2nd time full shift meh coz i onli work 1 dae for last wk, sian lah, 1st cust alrdy so sway =(
ask abt corporate plan for cable tv n maxonline, like i knw like tat =( than ask this ask tat, feel like not servin him, than sign up for a hp, cannot gt the approval code =( coz he like dunno go other dealer shop for ??? than de DHL ppl say approval code alrdy given, than he say dun wan liao, nvm, i was like, so sway, serve 1st cust alrdy like tat =( nxt one buy a motorola Q9h, coz for this hp need to install program de than i tak his 2G sim card go giv manager install, in de end go check de system again, it's 2G card, i quickly go tak another 3G card instead for de manager to install, than de manager was like not tat happi wif it, i admit, it's my fault!

The rest of de cust was okay, one china couple even throught of this stupid idea sign a 2yr cable tv jst to gt de CIS 40% of sub fee for 2 yr than say if cancel within 6 mths will they still enjoy 40% discount?? of course no lah plus they hav to paid termination fee for cable tv, not worth at all meh! in de end they jst buy 1 hp but wat i like abt them is tat they write on de feedback form tat i m veri patient n professional when servin them =) dun mind wastin my break time to help them change their number plottin number,

aft lunch de nxt few cust r ok, than come 1 indian gal wif her 2 child, recommend a hp to her, in de end she buy 6288 than complain abt the screen protecter, by de way cannot change de mah, if every cust change hp jst for de screen protecter itself, plus de hp is alrdy FREE, wat more can she expect =( starhub might as well dun sell hp, so i jst tell her say, it's de last piece, she oso dun believe, than in de end, i jst go gt another 1 for her, she's oso not happi wif the hp, humph! than she say "starhub at vivo ...................." in de end, she jst tak de hp n i jst kpt apologise to her,

last few cust r okay, not much prob! onli fill in 6 or 7 share of viewform sia, sad meh, watch de match arsenal vs man u, throught man u win 2-1 than arsenal score to mak it 2-2, than my manager oso say they r playin mad football... hahas... reach home at 12am...
