Went back to vivo to work durin de weekend, i thk happiness n satisfaction r de key factor to keep mi goin for this job coz de welfare of de staff r veri good n de feedback frm de cust when they put 'EXCELLENT' n 'VERI GOOD' on mi giv mi a sense of satisfaction for this job =) Also to train my speaking skill lah...

C lot of promoter at vivo like nokia, sony ericksson, LG, motor, samsung, O2, etc... OUB dun hav tat much promoter onli like sony ericksson n O2,
Met some weird cust, 1st cust buy a htc tytn 2 for $1088, dunno how long will i gt to earn this amount, nxt, 1 cust actually trade in her N95 normal hp jst for a 8GB N95 hp, is there a need to change hp n paid additional $300 plus jst for de 8GB hp? tat wat my senior said oso... nxt, 1 old man buy '4' N5610 new hp n sign for a high end plan, owe some outstandin bill, my senior told mi tat for sure u knw, de person hu r using the hp won't pay de bill n de old man may hav to settle de debt his own, i pity him... last cust of de day, spend 1 hr 30 min to serve, through of askin my colleague to serve her coz i sore throat gt no voice liao, but in de end, jst tahan all de way lah, she saw 1 N5610 - red hp than kpt on sayin she wan but we say we dunno whether de red 1 wll come in a not, than she say she is willing to wait, wan to recontract her no, than change her mind, new line, change n change again, in de end gt 2 new line, rrreally cnn't mak up her mind, serve her until 10pm, than she tak 2 pic of mi, say i look like 1 of her 2 yr old student, i was like ..... ask her to write feedback form, all excellent n veri good, than she told de cashier tat starhub hav a good n patient salesman, hahas =)

Reached home at 12am than zzz, nxt dae wake up oso no voice lah, but temp staff later tak MC dunno wat thing will happen, so jst go n work lah, sun cust r at least beta but they ask a lot of qns, than de manager say 'cust ask mi 1 qns ask them pay 50 cents' , hahas, when reach de last few cust i serve for the day, i hav completely no voice lah, than hav to say sorri to them, sayin no voice liao, last cust of the day, same as sat, ask lot of qns, this 1 more worse, ask a lot of qns tat i dun noe, find my colleague to help mi n even de O2 promoter offered to help, rrreally appreciate tat! in de end he bought a O2 atom life lah, not sure whether tis promoter will gt a commission lah... heard tat LG promoter gt $5 commission in addition to her pay for each LG hp sold...

Same, reached home at 12am, sad to c 1 of my manager transferrin to tampines nxt wk...

Went for 9am macroecon lesson, quite borin lah, de tutor tak his own sweet time to talk abt the requirement for macro, went home aft havin lunch aft the guys agreed to go for tml OB lecture, than go sleep coz too tired liao =( sad meh, tml lesson end at 7pm...
