Spend 1 mth in starhub workin, n work for total of 23 days, break my previous longest workin day of 18! Although gt to met some troublesome customers n feelin tired aft work, actually it's quite a fun n interestin job coz i gt to met different kind of ppl b it dirctor, manager, staff, teenager, or even jst uncle n aunt...

Hav a great time workin at starhub, met lot of friendly staff frm oub, miss workin there lah, ask alan whether still hav space for mi, he say no more alrdy than ask mi go vivo work, vivo oso good lah, tat's my dream workin place =)

I would like to thks all my colleague there:
alan, irene, randy, belle, serene, geraldine, angelyn, corrine, khat, lin lee, james, rodel, syed, sheng xiang, frankie, nantha, simon, cheng yong, jossie n celine n the 3 STEVEN L (lim, loke n leow) =) they helped mi a lot durin my time there! hope to c them again soon!

Heard tat my manager irene is transferrin to the tampines starhub frm 1 nov which hav jst moved to a bigger shop, wish her all de best ya!

Almost every customer tat i met durin my last few dae of my work at oub do de feedback form on mi (coz i ask them to do de) most of them put, overall service experience, time taken to attend to them, knowledge of the feature of the hp by de staff as well as friendliness n courtesy of the staff as veri good, feel veri happi by their comment lah, it's like a sense of achievement but oso gt some put good or average onli, de best part is tat some customer even put excellent for all these 4 things =)

Some of the point tat i learn frm these wonderful colleague r call them their name 1st, or excuse mi b4 askin them qns, ask qns whenever u dunno, dun mak silly mistake, be more confident when speaking to customers, but there r complement too, my colleague say tat i learn thing veri fast, able to handle the customers well n kpt on servin customer until de end w/o givin up even when there is difficulty...
