Slpt frm 1am to 1pm coz was too sleepy liao,

Ytd was dam sway for mi, got a bit of sore throat n the last cust i serve b4 lunch was a aunt, as i predicted, i will sit there for 1 hr, rrreally, it's happeneed! she n her daughter initially wan a N95 de, but no stock, than wan to c so mani hp, than say wan this say wan tat, than wan to c her daughter bill, than her daughter say how can like tat, we r here to buy hp... in de end, they jst tak k810i n tak a long time lookin at it...

Aft lunch, i serve a china guy, everythin is okay expect tat he tak a long time to look at his new hp function until i told him tat there r still lot of cust to serve, he still say wait a while more, cannot tahan lah, but wat i learn frm my senior n my past job is tat cust is always right!

Nxt is a businessman, buy a nokia e65, initially he wan to go for a normal plan than aft i print out de form, he say wan to change to corporate plan, at the same time, a guy bside him kpt on sayin starhub bad thing, than why he still queue to buy hp? mak a stupid mistake, i admit it's my fault lah, go submit the form whereby i shld do it manually since the scanner is spoilt, luckily the manager say it's okay, she jst called to cancel the approval code...

The onli consolation of the day is tat i gt to serve a 25 yr old chio bu buyin a n6300 hp, rrreally chio tat i dun even dare to face her... n to serve cust w/o ani senior help...
