went to starhub to work, customer todae r siao siao de, make 1 stupid mistake sia, aft I serve the cust than when he was at the cashier for payment, the cashier person realize tat the recontract hp no and the voucher hp is different than got kana or else hav to pay $200 if he manage to use the voucher, hav to apologise to the cust 1st and ask for another voucher c whether he can gt it a not, in the end din, the cust was so angry tat he say tat he wan to cancel the other service he hav wif starhub in front of mi and a perm staff, it’s hurt my reputation sia, lucky in the end, he jst din buy the hp and walk away… or else if he complain somemore I sure kana de…

Another customer giv mi a veri bad impression, 1st word wif her I alrdy knw is unpleasant cust, I m right, when she say tat how come her voucher was bill to her old address and c whether we can change it to her new address, I say hav to go to csc do coz we dun hav the system to help her do tat, she say “I want to see the manager” she think she wat lah! In the end my manager being a kind person put in additional effort to help her… she’s de WORST customer I hav ever seen,

The rest of the cust r still okay, lucky not rrreally tat much cust as compare to last wk, so can go home earlier =)


09/12 SUN
Was WB birthdae, overslept and went to his home late, sorri wen bin! Finally c zheng yi aft 2 mths, hav fun in wb home and went to white sand n hav lunch, went home aft tat coz need to go temple pai pai… went northpoint shop aft this n june say she saw mi, but I din saw her, hahas… home aft this to studi =)

10/12 MON
Hav macro test, 1st paper, wake up a bit late and when I m leaving my home, it’s raining veri heavily, wan to tak taxi to sku de, but no taxi! Than tak bus to bedok hoping to catch another bus to tp, in the end, no bus, saw 1 classmate than finally c taxi, so tak taxi 2gether to sku, outside classroom than realize something “I forget to bring calculator” =/ …..

Exam was okay lah, jst tat I 4get the ans for 1 qns n the time spend on mental calculation, sad sia…

Went white sand to buy food aft this, saw wangjia, my sec sku frenz, he’s still the same as old wangjia, hahas… went home studi aft this =/

11/12 TUE
Hav OB exam, sian sia, theory based subj, hav to read a lot, but during the exam, I forget some of the important information, think mayb studi too much alrdy =/

12/12 WED
Hav business stat exam, was quite easi lah, although some ppl think tat it’s quite difficult, it’s one of the onli 2 paper tat I can score well bside accounting.

13/12 THU
Hav business accounting paper, was quite easi lah coz I think I manage to get all the ans correct =)

14/12 FRI
last paper of the dae is the worst paper, no mood to studi coz exam was coming to an end, one qns come out, wat r the 4 consumer product, I was like onli can remember 2, unsought n specialty, de other 2 I COMPLETELY forgotten, sad sia =/ wasted lot of mark, I remember studin it the day b4 than how come I 4get, 4get n 4get!!! =( also, I everytime come in for the exam durin the 10 mins reading time coz of the sbs – si bei slow bus lah…

That all abt it, I will try to update my blog everydae for the nxt 2 wks, hehexxx…
