1st day of december, went vivo work n saw mike hu help mi buy a cup of coffee as i was feelin sleepy even at the morning... got new shirt for starhub, at least look nicer n feel comfortable as compare to the barclay shirt which mean i can wear it to sku too, lol, than santosh look at mi like giv mi a weird weird feelin, finally i knw wat happen, he change my time schedule to sat mid, sun full, sian coz i last sat chat wif him he say sat full, sun mid, but nvm mind lah, he actually let mi work sat full, sun mid n change to timetable for lunch break all bcoz of mi, lol...

Customer was dam lot sia, wan to go break wif veron de but alan go ask mi go break 1st, aft tat met 1 cust hu aft i submit the contract say he wan to chane plan, somemore he say i wan corporate plan, sian, but i thk of an idea whi is to ask them go csc instead to tag on to the corp dis, de csc than call my manager for enquiry, lucky he say it's ok, hahas, so lucky..., than 1 more cust, drop a voucher at starhub than wan another voucher, in de end onli $50, aft speakin to the manager he say okok, he's even worse than a aunt kpt on askin qns, it's like he dun knw how to use hp,

the rest of the cust r ok lah, the queue waitin kpt on incresin to even 40 ard 6 plus, n until aft the shop close is still 30+, sian hav to serve so mani cust even aft the shop close, the cust r all dam patient sia, 11pm oso can wait, cnn't stand them! serve until 11.30pm, than do hsekeepin n faster went home 2gether wif veron, lucky we manage to catch the last train, last train home, hahas or else hav to tak taxi wif double charge, hehexxx... reached home at 1am =/

Lucky no perm staff say i gt mak mistak sia, heng meh! heard tat some of the perm staff n the manager went home at 3am in the morning coz the transaction cnn't tally, pity them sia, hahas, was dam sleepy when i came to work, 1 of the cust even drop her wallet n i hav to call her back n retrieve it, n 1 i even ask her to go csc to change address n aft changin came back n say they rushin for time, i ask all my colleague n they r all busily servin other cust, but lucky in de end, my cust tat time let mi serve them 1st or else i will b in deep trouble lah, hahas,

the rest of the cust r all dam wat lah, ask lot of qns n i tak abt 45 min to serve some of them, 1 even go recontract aft jst recontract the same line a mth ago coz of the $500 voucher we send him recently, lucky wif the manager help, manage to ask him to upgrade another line n paid $298 wif the $100 he is entitled to, my manager giv him free CND n IR for 2yrs, hahas, another cust, 1 of the worst, actually tak 1 hr to chose a hp, than c all de feature of it, din thk of sony ericksson promoter or else sure ask her come de, when i go through the contract tat time, she than say she gt $100 voucher n trade in hp, "SHOULD HAVE SAY IT EARLIER" mah, sian, hav to retype the application again,

cust oso dam lot sia, worse than sat! got 1 time even 50plus in the waitin list jst for mobile onli, 20plus ppl r still waitin for mobile queue even aft the shop close at 9.30pm, serve until 11.30pm lah coz mid shift oso hav to serve until de last cust, than quickly tak my bag n rush for the train coz i scare no train liao, mi so kelian sia...

Went back home at 1am slpt until 7.30am b4 goin to sku for marco tutorial, aft tat hav lunch wif my classmate frenz , went to hand in my timesheet whi i shld hav done so last wk, went home aft this n watch goal 2 part 1 than go slpt wake up than watch part 2 again, studi a bit coz my examis comin nxt wk, hope i can do 'WELL' for my exam nxt wk, tat's all abt it, goin to slpt le =)
